As the close of 2020 draws near, we wanted to extend season's greetings to you and yours. It is because of you, our dedicated clients, that we can celebrate the victories we've had. Without a doubt, 2020 has been a year for the record books. We thought we'd take a moment and take a brief look back and share a few highlights of our major accomplishments for 2020.

  • Pivoted to work-from-home and continued providing services through the pandemic
  • Completed 41,519 service tickets
  • Put time on 6,004 services tickets
  • Completed 1,136 Help Desk tickets generated by clients
  • Worked 2,403 proactive or low priority service requests
  • Reviewed and completed 1,960 proactive tickets that clients may not have been aware existed
  • Supported an NRC core-value: Contributing to our community. We're proud to offer our nonprofit clients steeply discounted and free services so they can better achieve their mission in the New River Valley and beyond. This year, that amount is $210,689 which is up $21,263 from the last fiscal year. A big thanks to all our nonprofit clients for making our community a better place!

We are proud to have survived 2020 and are optimistically leaning into 2021, to learn what the New Year holds for NRC and our clients. Most of all we look forward to continuing to help you make IT Easy!
