New River Computing announced its Advanced Security 2021 service last month. This service offering is designed for clients with very high security needs that must comply with various regimes. Built on top of our Basic Security package, Advanced Security 2021 adds tools to help clients comply with standards such as FINREC, DFARS, and HIPAA. Part of our advanced security offering is helping clients document their compliance and, as necessary, report on compliance to government bodies such as the Department of Defense.

Work anniversary
Many of you reading this newsletter have spoken with our Dispatcher, April Richardson, when you called New River Computing. Those of you that have called know how calm, helpful, and competent April is. What you may not know is just how challenging dispatching is: April is continuously answering phone calls and emails as well as triaging service tickets and juggling schedules. There are a ton of moving parts, and her ability to keep everything organized while multitasking is truly phenomenal.
One year ago, April Richardson joined the New River Computing team. Congratulations, April, for successfully completing a year in these untraditional pandemic times. We are fortunate, proud, and thankful to have April as part of the New River Computing team!
